Cloud Services

All the cloud services are fully integrated with Altec Smart Cooperation Console (SCC), an all-in-one networking and collaboration clouding-based solution, that can help manufacturers by providing following deliverables together with license manager, sales reporting, and cooperation activities:

• Automatic SW update verification: the platform can automatically check the availability of new SW updates and notify it to the user.
• Automatic SW update installation: if a new software version is available the software closes automatically, the update process will download and automatically install the new version.
• Autonomous configuration file update management: the customer can deploy data and price updates on the platform.
• Automatic price update delivery (optional).

• License codes generation for users;
• License status and user activities monitoring;
• User configuration with access level personalization, by user profile.
• Branches management (branches creation and management).

Projects selected by the users are saved into a database located on the web service. A dedicated button in the AHU selection software tool bar allows users to access to a cloud service (remote) where a copy of all users’ projects is stored. This way, it is possible to open all the projects being Internet connection available. The web application gives access to a tracking sales section where it is possible to.

The purpose of the tool is to allow the user to be autonomous both, in the price distribution and in the update. The user can modify costs remotely as well. Costs can be modified by one user at a time and an interface tool is provided to allow modifications.

ALTEC is working to provide an additional functionality among the cloud services: a dedicated dashboard to allow the customer to track sales activities and performance, produce reports, make forecasts through a system of open queries and filters.
